Description

Top technical skills needed:
-SoapUI experience
-Automated test tool experience
-Data driven and simulation tools helpful
-SDLC well known with emphasis of testing risk based life cycle

5 daily responsibilities:
-Coordinating offshore
-Managing multiple projects to ensure process and tasks are complete
-Defect Triage and Management
-Test Planning for both strategy and detail test cases
-Communication on risk, project schedule and other items with the test, development and business teams

3 Personality traits:
-Strong adherence to process
-Flexible communication to all levels of management and technical tams
-Ability to make educated decisions based on the process

This person should know the test process and be able to strategize this information to lead multiple different test efforts on the large amounts of systems within our company.
-This person will have web services testing experience both manual and automated.
-This person should be a strong lead to be able to plan for the future not just complete day to day work.
-This person will be able to work with a diverse group of both nontechnical and technical people.
-Strong communication skills are a must
-Organization skills are needed to maintain multiple tasks at one time.
-Risk based testing methodology required
