{PBJFlorida} Marriage Equality-For Muslims:Urgent, On April 16th we need you in Tally to defeat ...

If the anti-Sharia law passes in Florida, Muslim marriages may not be recognized. And that's only the beginning!

Salaam

As you know, right-wing lawmakers across the country are trying to demonize Muslims by introducing 'anti-Sharia' laws in dozens of states. In Florida, the bill has moved fast in both the House and the Senate, with only one committee left before it is voted on.  If you don't stand with and help us fight for religious freedom, they will win. On Tuesday, April 16th, 2013, we're traveling to Tallahassee to make sure this law never passes and to protect religious freedom.

This year in Tallahassee, anti-Muslim lawmakers have again introduced, for the third time, Senate Bill (SB) 58, the anti-Sharia bill, which they call "Application of foreign law." For the last two years we
mobilized hundreds of supporters to the state capitol and defeated the proposed law and we need your help to defeat it again.
