Location: Salem, OR

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. May require a bachelor's degree.
Requires 5 years or more of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
 Mandatory
Can create software that does screen scrapes of web sites
Advanced SQL query writing capability
VB2008 & vb.net skills
SQL Server skills version 2005 and greater
Can perform root cause of software failure (trace code) and fix
has knowledge of etl (extract, transform, load)
State/public/government agency experience
Has experience with requirements management and perform analysis within source code.
