PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS – Four years prior work experience in IT, including three year work experience with Filenet P8 Domain.
– Experience in installing, configuring, administering, tuning, and troubleshooting Filenet platforms in cluster/high availability, virtual Windows and UNIX (AIX, Solaris, Linux) environments.
– Extensive 24/7 Level 2 Support Experience in troubleshooting with IBM Filenet P8 packages, Process Engine, Content Engine, Application Engine, WorkplaceXT, etc. Having additional packages (Process Analyzer, Rendition engine, Process Simulator, Content Search Engine,FEM, CMUI, DM, SD) is a plus.
– Extensive experience in tuning Filenet products for JVM, Threads, Connection Pools, Datasource's is a must.
– DBA skills with at least one of the following are a plus: DB2 9.5/9.7, SQL Server 2008, or Oracle 10g/11g. – Knowledge of WebSphere – Application Server ND, ESB, Portal, and Deployment Manager is a plus. – Knowledge of Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring (Proxy agent, Portal, Client, Data Warehouse database) is a plus.
– Active participation in configuring Filenet products for High Availability and clustering is a must.
– Ability to respond to critical issues, manage critical trouble tickets and drive towards permanent resolutions. – Flexibility to be able to work in different shifts to support a Production support environment
– Experience in migrating applications from development/test environments to production including customization
– Active participation in infrastructure architecture, such as hardware sizing, effort estimation and security. – Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
– Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, science, engineering or equivalent field. – Prior consulting experience highly desired.
