Job description:
- Defining strategy for DB2 Migration and Integration with other applications
- Experience/Knowledge of estimating time and cost required to accomplish DB2 Migration projects.
- Dataflow analysis for performance improvement
- Install, maintain(fix apply or upgrade), configure, monitor, tune DB2 instances/DBs,
- Diagnose problems, correct errors and backup/recover DBs.
- Maintain schema objects, tune SQL and run Runstats/Reorgs
- Insurance domain is preferred.
- 7-12 years of IT experience mostly in client facing roles
2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.
