MUST HAVE:
•    8+ years of experience in .Net Development
•    Strong background in C# within a .Net environment
•    5+ years experience in a technical lead role on a .Net Development team
•    Hands-on experience with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
•    Prior experience working on Agile software projects
•    Experience working in the health care industry- specifically on projects where HIPPA guidelines applied
•    Bachelor's Degree or higher

NICE TO HAVE:
•    Prior experience working on state government projects
•    Experience working on Medicaid, CHIP, DHR projects
