Job Title: Tibco Developer
Location: Deerfield, Illinois.
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Summary/Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture/design in relevant technology disciplines or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Knowledge and experience in the following TIBCO technologies: ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks, ActiveMatrix Administrator, ActiveMatrix Service Gateway, Enterprise Message Service (EMS), Hawk, BusinessEvents
TIBCO Certified Professional certification Preferred
Ten years of experience in information technologies and/or Six years of experience in health care industry preferred.
Experience in building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, communicating and influencing effectively at all levels of an organization required.
Experience in SOA architecture
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
