JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:-
· Advanced skills in HTML5/CSS3/JS/JQUERY/Bootstrap
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-
· Apply UX design principles to address complex design problems and provide sound solutions around SalesForce.com and SalesForce1 interfaces
· Contribute to a code library of reusable patterns & functional modules using HTML5/CSS3/JQuery
· Collaborate with cross-¬‐functional design, product and technology teams to create compelling user experiences
· Help streamline the software development process by creating re-¬‐usable templates and components
· Keep yourself, the rest of the team, and stakeholders around the company abreast of the latest design techniques/trends/ideas that could provide value for our customers
· Must be able to quickly generate design alternatives and iteratively refine storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and live prototypes.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· 8+ years UX design/software development experience
· Passionate about creating experiences that are intuitive & simple as well as meeting/exceeding business goals
· Advanced skills in HTML5/CSS3/JS/JQUERY/Bootstrap
· Knowledge and understanding of server side technologies and how they interact with the frontend
· Strong understanding of human‐centered design methods
· Interaction design experience for web applications and sites
· Strong visual design skills (layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory, patterns)
· Skilled in the development of mobile applications and sites
· Expertise in modern design tools including Adobe CS
· Able to create and demonstrate design work examples that solve complicated problems without complexity
· Able to clearly communicate user interactions and use cases in a simple and intuitive way.
· Must understand Lean UX and Agile UX methodologies and know when they apply to client projects
· Comfortable working with both technical and business minded teams
· Comfortable working within rapidly changing requirements
· Desire to grow and improve as a designer/developer
· Attention to detail is a MUST
· Salesforce.com and SalesForce1 experience is a plus
