JOB DESCRIPTION:
• This PeopleSoft HCM analyst will provide Production support to a large and highly-customized PeopleSoft HCM installation.
• They will be required to quickly come up to speed on the use of existing functionality, provide troubleshooting for functionality issues and potentially provide configuration management assistance.
• Additionally, they may be called upon to provide assistance to a conversion effort by assisting in the analysis of the current system to provide data and consulting support to assist the conversion team in understanding the current system.
EDUCATION:
• High School Diploma or higher
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• Experienced business analyst, at least 4-6 years
• Demonstrated work experience in defining, gathering and documenting business processes for PeopleSoft HCM
• Demonstrated work experience providing Production support for PeopleSoft HCM, including troubleshooting issues with HR and Benefits functionality, experience with configuration management.
• Demonstrated experience working with business users to identify and document functional requirements for PeopleSoft HCM implementations
• Testing PeopleSoft HCM enhancements including development of test plans, test scripts, and end user testing
• Proven track record and excellent references
• Professional presentation and communication with a high degree of integrity and accuracy
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and able to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence teammates across the organization
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with large-scale and complex PeopleSoft implementations
• Experience supporting highly-customized PeopleSoft HCM installations
• Strong Knowledge of HR business processes and issues
• Ability to work with business resources from management to staff at all levels and functions
• Experience with large scale HR data conversions
• Advanced MS-Access and MS-Excel data analysis and data form skills
• Experience defining and testing HR data vendor interfaces
• Prior HCM related experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM/CRM 9.1 required
• Experience with PeopleSoft Security management
• BS degree is preferred - will look at candidates who have equal work exp.
