1 Hands on knowledge of network systems

2 Board validation skills, bring up, subsystem validation, power

3 Instrumentation: scopes, BERT, logic analyzer other

4 Traffic generator experience plus: ixia/spirent

5 Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, pleasant manner

6 Go-getter, leader, ability to thrive under pressure

7 Willing to work in data center environment

8 Scripting knowledge bash + some python is bonus

9 Basic Unix knowledge
