•            Oracle core DBA skills  Oracle 10g and 11g

•            Oracle RAC essential

•            Oracle ASM essential

•            Oracle Golden Gate and strings

•            Database performance tuning

•            Query tuning

•            Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•            Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

•            Proactive lateral thinking

•            Product support experience,  Is must.
