Job Description: 
Provide maintenance,enhancement and support for a variety of the agency's business applications.
Assisting in the preparation and documentation of program requirementsand specifications.
Research and document requirements of program users.
Writing,translating and coding software programs and applications according to specifications.
Assisting in the developmentand maintenanceof user manualsand guidelines.
Working with networkadministrators,systemsanalystsand software engineerstoassistin resolving problemswithsoftware productsor companysoftwaresystems.
Providing mentoring and guidancetojunior programmers.
6+years'experiencewithOracleFormsandPL/SQL
Knowledgeof relationaland object-oriented database designs.
Knowledge of object-oriented designmethodologies.
Knowledge of InformationSystemsDevelopmentMethodology(ISDM).
Knowledge of databasesecurity,including role-basedsecurity.
Ability tobecreative,tousesound judgment,and todisplay for esighttoidentify potential problemsand design/specificationsand assigned application softwaresystems
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Ability to worki ndependently.
Ability todetermine work prioritiesand ensure proper completion of workassignments.
Ability tocommunicate effectively,both verballyand in writing
