Job Description:
Portal Business Analyst
Perform business analysis function for Global Services web and mobile solutions
Re-engineer business processes as required for global projects
Ensure the entire End-to-End process is executable
Establish and manage business and information architectures and strategies
Define data models & requirements for operational/management reporting
Develop detailed test scripts for testing
Execute test scripts associated with end to end business functions
Provide Education, Deployment and Floor Support to the end-users during "go live" for major releases in all geographies
The ideal candidate has performed a mixture of project work and support work with a multinational company using SAP, Siebel, and Personalized Web Technologies
Has broad experience within the following areas:
Web Application Design and Usability
Interactive Online Reports and Analytics
Portal Technology
Knowledge Management
Information Architecture
E-Business/E-Commerce
E-Service
Content Management
Graphic Design
Responsive Design/Mobile First
5-7+ years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Web Applications, and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM for Sales and Services)
Experience in business analysis, completing at least one global implementation for a multinational corporation
Previous experience with Service Finance, Siebel CRM, SAP and Supply Chain desirable
Strong Leadership skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
High degree of professionalism and a positive attitude
Speaks and writes proficient English
Very strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Comfortable presenting to both large groups and executives
Willing and able to travel to geographies
Strong organizational skills in a highly matrixed environment
